Requesting a transcript...
If you have questions about a transcript, please contact the SHS registrar via email at [email protected] or via phone at 802-253-7229. Please put "transcript request" in the subject line of your email. 
To request a transcript, the request must be made in writing via email or letter. Please include the following information:
  • Full name, including maiden name, if applicable
  • Date of birth
  • Year of SHS graduation or when you last attended SHS
  • Full name and address of where the transcript should be sent
  • Current phone number to contact you if we have questions
Transcripts will be mailed out within ten business days from when the request is received with all the pertinent information. 

The COVID 19 school closure will prevent us, at this time, from being able to process transcripts in a timely manner.
