Requesting a transcript...
If you have questions about a transcript, please contact the SHS registrar via email at
[email protected] or via phone at 802-253-7229. Please put "transcript request" in the subject line of your email.
To request a transcript, the request must be made in writing via email or letter. Please include the following information:
- Full name, including maiden name, if applicable
- Date of birth
- Year of SHS graduation or when you last attended SHS
- Full name and address of where the transcript should be sent
- Current phone number to contact you if we have questions
Transcripts will be mailed out within ten business days from when the request is received with all the pertinent information.
